The Real New World Order

Welcome to day 1072 of “nothing is as it appears.”

I want to focus on a couple things today regarding f-e-a-r — false evidence appearing real and why safety and protection in these turbulent times are well within our grasp.  Once we know what the “law” really is we can see through the narrative that everyone runs on.  The narrative steadfastly holds to notions such as:

*The United States follows the Constitution.

*When a police officer pulls you over you have to do what they say.

*When a government official declares a state of “emergency,” it is actually an emergency.

*Taxes are not voluntary and must be paid.

*Elections are legitimate.

*Government and police have unlimited power.

*Members of the BAR association practice law.

*There is no way to enforce the law in a corrupt system.

The truth, if we want it, is that we are guaranteed rights of protection in the Constitution…we only have to do one thing.  We have to let go of the fraudulent citizenship contract.  Once we switch from being a Federal Citizen to being a National (also known as a State Citizen), we are afforded the rights of the Constitution and even better, we can make any violator pay in prison time as well as monetarily.  

Here is how the US Supreme Court defines citizens:

“The US citizens (citizens of the District of Columbia) residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an ‘individual entity’.”

Wheeling Steel Corp. v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L.Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773 (1936)

When we get an attorney to represent us, we immediately give up our rights as we are viewed as a minor.  Banks view us as “dead entities.”  Do you see what all these labels have in common?  Property, franchise, minor, dead entity?  They can all be used and manipulated however those in commerce want to use us for their monetary ends.  

But when we do the common law paperwork to establish that we 

*do not consent to the use of our name or “business entity (Strawman)” to be sold on the bond market for our future productivity value, 

*that we in fact are now taking ownership of that all caps name (ex. JOHN WILLIAM DOE) that is the business entity, 

*we are now a living man or woman standing on the ground (as opposed to the sea with maritime or admiralty law which is what the fraudulent system uses), 

all the rights of the Constitution apply.  We have to be taken seriously.  They can no longer manipulate us.  Now we can walk confidently handing this law to anyone who tries to deprive us of our rights:

18 USC Sec. 242 and 42 USC Sec. 1983 provides that:

“Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both;” 42 USC Sec. 1983 further provides that a violator “shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress.”

Let’s look at some examples.  

I frequently receive calls from mothers whose children are in remission from cancer.  Once they achieve remission status, doctors don’t stop peddling their big moneymaker,  chemotherapy, and tell the parents the child needs more chemo to stay in remission.  But if the parents say no, doctors call Child Protective Services, a private non governmental agency, to kidnap the child and use the fraudulent court system to sign off on it, in order to force medical procedures.  Until recently, parents had to either leave the country or take their chances at serving CPS with a legal demand letter, forcing CPS to assume all liability for their actions.  But now, families can simply change their status, removing jurisdiction from the courts and CPS, and never be bothered again.  That is the only thing keeping the charade in play: citizenship.  Without Federal citizenship, CPS has no claim to a child nor do the courts.

How about the public school system, hospitals or anyone else who says we have to be vaccinated?  Once we change our status, they cannot refuse our “religious exemption” for schools or our right to treatment at a hospital.  Why?  Because Federal law and the Constitution trump any state law and as you’ve read above, we are guaranteed our rights by law.  So now the question becomes…how do you enforce it?

There is a little method of redress called a tort claim that is particularly effective when rights have been violated.  Knowing the words to use and the paperwork to file is key and it is one of the tools of common law practitioners that needs to flourish.  We just don’t have enough common law lawyers (not attorneys of the BAR) who know how to process these claims, but the concept is rock solid.  The first time I heard about it was in Utah when a practitioner who used frequencies to treat individuals was visited by a member of the Health Department.  The Health Department worker tried to close the frequency business saying they were “practicing medicine without a license.”  The owner responded, “Actually it says right on the front door this is a private membership association and since you are not a member, you are trespassing.”  The Health Department guy wouldn’t budge and served his paperwork. The business owner then went to court and had the Health Department guy fired and all his assets were frozen.  Status and operating in the private is everything and offers an immediate solution to so many of our problems in society right now. More and more doctors are relinquishing their licenses because they know they can do whatever they want in the private sector with no government interference. 

I am currently going through my own common law claim against the State of California for not recording my land patent.  I filed it in Federal Court to force the State to honor the Federal Treaties in place, in particular the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo which grants my ability to invoke my rights to the land with ownership.  I haven’t played the tort claim card yet because I’m confident I will get my land patent, but if I have to I will and it will cost the State dearly in financial renumeration.  I’m also working with Dr. Christiane Northrup on a common law suit for all medical personnel at https://standfirmnow.org/.  This is the future of getting justice because the approach can’t be dismissed like other legal strategies from members of the BAR.

Once we have more folks in the power position of being Nationals, we can start to file the tort claims against the State and Hospitals to set precedents.  Then when teachers start teaching 3rd graders about faux sexual identity, we can go after them directly.  Ultimately we hit telecom and geoengineering and stop all assaults on our air and bodies.  Exciting, right?  Folks look at the train derailment in Ohio and the alleged HAARP induced earthquake in Turkey and think all is lost.  But these are signals that the Deep State has no more power over us and they know it.  We are on the train bound for glory.  But this train don’t carry no members of the status quo.  That one is broken.  This train is powered by God’s law.  And thank God we finally have access to it.
