I had the good fortune this last weekend to spend some time with the good folks of Berkeley Springs, a small town of around 750 in West Virginia. Surprisingly they have more workers in the healing profession per capita than anywhere else I’ve visited and I attribute that to the nature of the town being a bit of a spa community for people wishing to get away on weekends from nearby Washington D.C. They also have a guy named John Peterson who has a vision for a community that will be on the forefront of creating something new for the future.
The first thing that stood out to me was the creation of a community garden — a place where members of the collective could grow their own food, with enough land so that restaurants could also participate in either buying the local food or growing their own. Beyond that they had weekly meetings for the community to provide fellowship as well as strategize for the future. John is a ham radio operator and has been instrumental in setting up disaster preparedness with the county both with communications as well as physical structures to act as command centers.
The other thing that was refreshing was the number of conversations I had about the really important things as opposed to the mundane social media drivel pushed by the unwashed masses who haven’t processed their childhood issues. I’m talking about conversations with intuitives and psychics who address the world behind the curtain that the wizard is desperately trying to keep alive. Things like the psychic I met having a strong vision of a big hammer coming down in the next 60 days, possibly the hammer of exposure and arrests…a breaking of the knees of the forces in power rendering them unable to stand. Conversations as to the reptilians that have ruled this planet for so long and how the commanders have left the planet seeing what is on the horizon and that we are now left with only their lieutenants, as it were, with no cohesive attack on us. And then conversations with the healers who have been able to help cancer patients, chronic pain patients, all manner of illnesses get well…but also the sadness of watching many of those patients returning to their doctors only to be talked into going back on medications to replay the cycle of pain and misery all over again. Then there was the blessed soul who has been creating food forests and better chicken coops, water conservation, and all things permaculture…so obviously I got his contact info, lol.
The takeaway for me was the excitement of the giant leap forward we are embarking on here on planet earth, but also the reality that there is one more chapter yet to be written that will change everything. That chapter is exposure…the exposure of what has been done and the exposure of how we work around that to connect with our true inalienable rights as humans. Cuz you know at least intellectually that none of us should have to pay to live on a planet that we were born on, right?
My contribution was a talk on my common law journey over the past 3.5 years…things like:
Taking one’s soul back through commercial law UCC documents to claim ownership of one’s strawman. Gaining ownership of the All Caps name.
Establishing a trust that not only protects one’s assets but also serves as a conduit to retrieve funds from the system through tax credits that can be used to offset IRS liability as well as be sold to others.
Gaining a land patent and allodial title to land preventing the criminal State enterprise from invasion, taxation, and unwanted interference in private affairs.
Discharging debt to take advantage of the 1933 Maternity Act and HJR-192 that all debt has been paid for.
Operating out of a Corp Sole Trust and a PMA to keep unwanted government criminals from interfering in private agreements with people to heal and provide services.
In addition to that I tried to emphasize the universe’s laws that govern us as opposed to the fictitious maritime and statutory laws created by the control network. Things like the law of consent that nobody has any power over us unless we consent to it. I shared that the journey is not transactional as in you hire somebody and the responsibility stops there…that it’s much more like a trip to the hardware store for a home improvement project where you have to make multiple trips to get what you need. Resistance is part of the journey and is a gift to remind you that you have been derailed and that by gaining power over that derailment, you open yourself up to the power that has not been previously available.
I promised I would give you all some links to groups that are doing some of the things listed above.
First a few common law groups one can join to learn more: (I like all 3 and you can see which one scratches the itch for you.)

I am grateful to find out the number of attorneys and CPAs who are wanting to learn about what is possible. I know it has been hard for a lot of folks to process tax credits for their trust, but that is remedied through direct communication with the IRS or a CPA who knows how to properly file the 1041 form. We are getting there. The other concern a lot of folks have is what happens when the IRS is abolished? There will always be a Treasury and there will always be someone who is responsible. By taking the time to learn what has been done, you are getting a leg up on the sleepy masses who will be in for quite a surprise as we make this transition.
OK, time for me to get some sleep. The flight from Washington DC to San Diego took 24 hours, lol. Flight delays, hotel vouchers, shuttles and some bad potato chips with canola oil and I am finally ready to crash.
Song of the Week:
Thank you for all you shared, Jeff. Your presentation was fantastic... so comprehensive, vulnerable at times, and helpful for pulling back the curtain so more of us can see what is going on. Your intro.... priceless and memorable!
I appreciate your mentioning how this is a journey that takes time, sometimes with learning curves along the way. I am finding that to be true.
Your visit to The Arlington Institute was both entertaining and informative—indeed it was nothing short of eye-opening! Thanks for sharing and opening our eyes!
